Contract

when you purchase or redeem a balloon tour voucher you become legally bound by these terms and conditions. please do not proceed and purchase or redeem a voucher until you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. when you ask for your balloon tour reservation to be confirmed, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between yaver turizm hv. rek. ltd and yourself.

reservation

hot air balloon tour bookings can also be made over the phone, e-mail or fax. there is no cost for making a reservation and cancellation. there is no fee for changing dates and/ or time, unless there are no changes less than 24 hours before the flight. for e-mail booking click for BALLOON TOUR RESERVATION FORM

confirmation and e-ticket/voucher

your tour confirmation will be made upon receipt your credit card details. an electronic ticket (e-ticket/voucher) confirmation will be provided to customer not later than 30 days prior to customer's tour/activity or within 72 hours (if customer's tour/activity is in less than 30 days). the e-ticket will be send to you by e-mail, simply enter your reservation number on your e-mail. it is the customer’s responsibility to print the e-ticket/voucher and present it on the date of the tour.

reconfirmation

customer may be asked to reconfirm the tour/activity 2 to 3 days prior to the tour/activity by calling the telephone number provided on the e-ticket or on our web site as the purpose of the call is to confirm the departure time and hotel pick-up (if applicable). when you call to reconfirm (if your tour/activity includes a hotel pick-up), be sure to check the time and find out which place at your hotel will be used for the pick-up.

refunds and flight cancellations

hot air ballooning is heavily reliant upon the weather and especially the speed of the wind. we fly early in the morning to maximize the chance of the wind on the surface being calm. although most of the time the decision to fly is clear-cut, sometimes the decision about what the weather is doing, can be quite difficult. on the hard days our professional pilots are up and about in the wee hours of the morning gathering as much meteorological information as they can to make the best informed decision. we will endeavour never to change a confirmed booking. however, if it is necessary, you will be advised without delay and alternative comparable arrangements will be offered.
*** If the flight is cancelled, you can either reschedule for another day or receive a full refund.

if you cancel your booking

if you decide to cancel you should notify us immediately. if you have only paid your deposit, the deposit will be forfeited. if you have paid in full, the following cancellation charges will be payable by you and any refund to you will be paid.
prior to 48 hours............................ ...0%
cancellations 48 to 24 hours.................10%
less than 24 hours or no NO SHOW.......100%

pick-up time, departure time & location

it is customer's responsibility to ensure that everyone in the customer's party is in the correct pick up location at the correct time. (we recommend that you be ready 10 minutes before pick-up time). customer's e-ticket/e-voucher will provide the information you need regarding the pick-up time and location or departure point. please read the tour reservation receipt and the e-ticket clearly to ensure you have entered the correct date you wish to conduct the tour. there may be no changes or refunds, so it is customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct date and time are shown.

payment

we accept the following payment methods: VISA or MASTERCARD, cash and travellers cheque.
you can do the full payment on the tour day as well however we will still require your credit card number just to hold the places. all prices are in euros(€) and include tax.
